i have absolutely delighted in the blooms happening here in provincetown throughout this may and now in june-
especially the views atop of bradford street looking down as the road bends into its exploding color and on my way home. i always feel like if i was on a bike, id spread my arms wide for a second just to check and see if i might be able to fly
and one of the things i appreciate most about these flowers lately, each one wrapped perfectly inside of every perfect provincetown sea breeze, is that they dont care about the state of anything going on inside my head. 
or yours for that matter.
- be it intellectual or petty or even news worthy-
flowers do not care. they are too busy adapting and they are concerned only with living. and my favorite part of this: flowers never question if they are doing flowering right.
nope they are just blooming their lovely asses off, basically on schedule but always different, rain or shine. and in the process, they make everyone and everything around them, look better, act better, and feel better.
so thats pretty amazing. 
and i decided to paint it.
